At AROMELY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home scenting experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused scent diffusers or oils in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
